Time Flies.

"This time 15 years ago, I was in hospital, and had just given birth to you. It seems like yesterday!"  (Mum on my 15th birthday)

You get the picture.

And now I have my own kids, so do I.

I have become way too aware of how quickly time flies when you have children. Literally, I blink, and they have both grown a few inches.

Raising the Mac-nificents is my life. I want to remember every second. So here it goes!

^ ^
Liam laying curious eyes on Phoebe for the very first time. Yes, my new born daughter did go to the Disney Store herself to buy this Jessie Doll for her big bro, all by herself. Thank you very much.

Adjusting to a new born was a piece of cake. For all of us. Liam is a super doper mummy's boy, so I was scared there would be some jealousy. But he has been nothing but helpful and caring. Ok, so sometimes Phoebe smells like cheese sandwiches or bogeys. But only sometimes.

 "HE is my baby BROTHER."

"No Liam, she's a girl. Phoebe is a SHE."

"No, HE'S my BROTHER."

I'm pretty sure Liam wanted a brother! Nether the less, he loves her. It melts my heart to see the love they already share.

So here I am. In the midst of motherhood. Raising a boy, and a girl. I feel so lucky. I cant wait to make lots more happy memories for my children. I can only hope that as they grow, they love each other as much as we love them.

And so it begins...

Welcome to my blog, the beginning of my very public diary.

Meet my family...

On the 20th August 2011, I married my best friend. It is one of my most treasured memories.

The other man in my life. My hansom 3 year old son Liam.

Our latest family addition, Phoebe. Now 3 months old, she completes my family.
